IT ARRIVED JUST IN TIME FOR VALENTINES BUT UPON INSPECTING MY PARTNER'S NECKLACE (PENDANT) I SAW THAT THERE IS A PART THAT IS A BIT THINNER THAN THE REST. I IMMEDIATELY EMAILED PICTURES TO THE STORE AND IN LESS THAN 30 MINS THEY SAID I WOULD GET A REPLACEMENT FOR IT FREE OF CHARGE.
SO I WAITED AND THE FOLLOWING WEEK I GOT THE REPLACEMENT AND IT IS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!

It was worth the wait. Yes, the total waiting after you checkout may take 15 days but with their email support being so responsive you will be at ease. They were so friendly. The outcome of the product was great from the original design, craftsmanship and packaging. They even have customized message to you as the buyer.
