Our Lifetime Warranty only covers color fading and tarnishing.

In the rare instance that you’ve noticed some fading or tarnishing on your jewelry piece, please reach out to us at hello@perfectpresents.ph so we can assist you faster.

Please include the following:

2. Name:
3. Photo/s:

EXCLUSIONS

If your piece has been altered in any way, such as trimmed by a jeweler or re-painted in any way, the warranty is immediately voided.

Since gold and steel are not scratch-proof materials, scratches / breakage that occurs from normal wear and tear do not fall under a warranty claim.

Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs associated with sending the item for warranty service.
