The pendant was great! My daughter loves it. The chain needs to be improved though. I saw it break while I carefully took the necklace out of its case to check if chain was locked - the weak link was on the part where it was in the pendant's loop. I had to buy a more expensive chain from a long-time reputable store, and it made the necklace 100 times better.

My order was apparently sent to another person but they didnt say so in the first place, they just said they will replace it. I had to wait for almost 3 weeks for the correct order to arrive. I havenโt worn it because the gold looks outlandish and it pops out not in a good way. I guess i have to wait for it fade a little. Iโm giving a star for the prompt customer service. But it was a really disappointing experience, considering you market it very well.

Such a cool gift! My boyfriend is Canadian but has a Pinoy heart so this really was the perfect present.
I noticed a while back that he'd wear a necklace to accessorize and asked if there was any meaning in the design on its pendant. He said it was just a random design that he picked. So for his birthday I gave him a Baybayin necklace of his name. He loved it and for that I'm super happy!
One thing that can be improved though is the chain length. Twenty-two inches around a man's neck is a little short as it turns out.
Customer service was good though and the necklace was delivered in just 9 calendar days. Super smooth transition.

I'm very disappointed with my recent experience. I received a necklace with wrong name for what I have ordered, and I was unsure if they would even send the correct one. This has been a frustrating experience, and I will not be ordering from this shop again. I expected much better service.
