If your piece has been altered in any way, such as trimmed by a jeweler or re-painted in any way, the warranty is immediately voided.
Since gold and steel are not scratch-proof materials, scratches / breakage that occurs from normal wear and tear do not fall under a warranty claim.

They didn't state on the website that they need approval prior shipping. They just added it after this issue.
This non-informing clause delayed my order and they refuse to make it right for the customer, even after showed proof.

To ensure the letters intertwine seamlessly into a cohesive design. For those looking for a breakdown of a full name rather than combined initials, we usually recommend our Monogram Necklace instead.
We always strive for total transparency, which is why we send a digital layout of the custom design for approval before it goes into production. According to our records, this layout was approved prior to crafting.

Really satisfied with the necklaces I bought. They are also very accommodating, I asked them if the order is already in production because I need to change one of it as silver color instead of gold. They were able to reply 2 days after even if it was during December and maybe quite busy with other clients as well. It's also well packaged, and they put fragile on it.

I ordered this thinking it would be fast as promised by their team. But it took one and half month for my item to be delivered. It took them 2 weeks to even acknowledge my order when i have already paid in full. Then another month for it to be delivered. Im so disappointed because i needed my item to be delivered on time cos my girlfriend is flying out and i want to give her this gift. In the end i shouldered the delivery just so i can have it in time. Not what i expected from this, i wont order again.
