ORDER

Processing time will start once your order is confirmed.
The entire transaction will take place via email. It is important that any changes, requests, or additional information concerning the order must be placed under the same email thread so we keep everything clear and organized.

DESIGN

Please take note that our design team only works on weekdays.
A mock-up will be sent to you for approval before we proceed with production. Rest assured that our design team carefully crafts each layout to ensure an exceptional result. Should you request any changes after the mock-up is sent, additional charges may apply.

SHIPMENT

Once your order is ready for shipment, we will hand it over to our partner couriers.

LEADTIME

Processing your order takes 7-10 working days. Weekends and holidays are excluded.
Processing time is different from delivery time, delivery time will depend on your location.
Free shipping is only applicable for orders within the Philippines.
For orders made over the weekend, the processing continues the following Monday.

Still haven’t received my shipment, what do I do?

Once the orders are shipped out, a notification will be sent to you once your tracking number is available.
We can help you track and monitor the current status of your order via tracking link/number provided.
Please be reminded that once we forward your parcel to our partner courier, we do not have control over it anymore as we do not have control over their system.

Self/book Pick Up

If you want to speed up the delivery process of your order you may opt having your your order delivered via any same day delivery courier that is available to your area. We highly suggest that you’ll be the one to book to avoid drop-off mistakes. This will be at your own expense.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Once your order is shipped delivery time is as follows:

Metro Manila: 2-3 working days.

Luzon: 3-5 working days.

Visayas and Mindanao: 5-10 days working days.

Weekends and Holidays are not included.

Important Note:

Delivery time will start once the product is dispatched.
Orders may take longer to arrive during peak season.
Expect unexpected delays during holidays and extreme weather.
We do not have shipments and deliveries during weekends.
NO MEET-UPS and personal pick-up.
When our standard couriers are unable to deliver to the customer’s address, chances are the parcel will be returned to us. This might be due to the following reasons:

The address given upon placing the order is incorrect.
Out-of-delivery Zone
The recipient is unreachable / unknown.

If this happens, we will reship your parcel, however, shipping should be charged again.

Just in case we have to ship your order with a different courier, please be reminded that additional charges might apply.

RETURN

All custom-made products are not eligible for return as these products are hand-crafted for specific customers.

Can I get a refund?

If you do not like the design, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee as long as production has not started. We want you to love what you receive.

Once your order has entered production or is ready for shipping, it becomes non-refundable, as each item is custom-made specifically for you

Refund method & processing time:
Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refund processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider. You will receive a notification once your refund has been completed.

We can only replace defective items or if we unintentionally sent you the wrong order. Shipping will be on us.

For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us. We will gladly replace your item. We only accept replacement within 7 days upon arrival of your order.

Claims regarding a wrong item or missing item must be made within 24-48 hours of your marked delivery date.

This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or any abuse of the purchased product. Products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for replacement.

If the exact item is no longer available, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative.
It is up to the discretion of our team if you are eligible for exchange.

INCLUSIONS

Our Lifetime Warranty only covers color fading, tarnishing, and any defects.

In the rare instance that you’ve noticed some fading or tarnishing on your jewelry piece, please reach out to us at hello@perfectpresents.ph so we can assist you faster.

EXCLUSIONS

If your piece has been altered in any way, such as trimmed by a jeweler or re-painted in any way, the warranty is immediately voided.

Since gold and steel are not scratch-proof materials, scratches / breakage that occurs from normal wear and tear do not fall under a warranty claim.

Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs associated with sending the item for warranty service.

PALPAK PRESENTS

I was very disappointed to find out that we were sent the wrong product, despite numerous email exchanges confirming the design of my order. I purchased a “hometown” necklace but was sent a “Realynne” necklace that I did not order.

I had intended to surprise my wife on her birthday today at 12 midnight only for her to open the box and see that we received the wrong necklace. What was supposed to be a special moment for us turned out to be a disappointment because of this mistake.

I understand that there may be a high volume of orders and that mistakes happen, but given the relatively lengthy exchange we had over the design and message I cannot help but feel carelessness and neglect in taking care of my order. While we were sent the correct order after numerous emails I sent the brand, this still does not give us back the moment we were supposed to have shared -- Akala ko kasi "Perfect Presents" sila, Palpak Presents pala.

I will not be recommending Perfect Presents to anyone else given my experience with this brand that does not, in fact, provide “Perfect Presents”. Palpak Presents dapat.

At alam ko hindi ninyo seguro ipapakita ang review kong ito sa website ninyo dahil palpak ang brand ninyo talaga. Salamat po.

Truly love how the necklace turned out! I appreciate how the outline appeared as if it was written using a pen (i.e. not overly sharp, geometric or 100% clean). Can I see the layout first?

We're would love to create a design just for you! To get started, you must first place an order. This allows us to begin the fun part: designing your unique piece.

Once your order is in, our team will get to work on a personalized layout and mock-up. We'll then send this to you via email for your approval before we move forward with production.

Is it possible to update or make changes to my order?

Are your jewelry pieces safe for sensitive skin?

Our surgical grade stainless steel jewelry is hypoallergenic for most people. For people with confirmed nickel allergies, we recommend that you go for our solid gold or sterling silver options. 😉

Does it tarnish?

Gold-plated jewelry can tarnish over time due to sweat, oils, humidity, perfumes, and chemicals. To slow tarnishing, keep it dry, avoid contact with chemicals, store in a dry jewelry box or pouch, and clean gently with a soft cloth after each use.
