Can I see the layout first?

We're would love to create a design just for you! To get started, you must first place an order. This allows us to begin the fun part: designing your unique piece.

Once your order is in, our team will get to work on a personalized layout and mock-up. We'll then send this to you via email for your approval before we move forward with production.

Is it possible to update or make changes to my order?

Are your jewelry pieces safe for sensitive skin?

Our surgical grade stainless steel jewelry is hypoallergenic for most people. For people with confirmed nickel allergies, we recommend that you go for our solid gold or sterling silver options. 😉

Does it tarnish?

Gold-plated jewelry can tarnish over time due to sweat, oils, humidity, perfumes, and chemicals. To slow tarnishing, keep it dry, avoid contact with chemicals, store in a dry jewelry box or pouch, and clean gently with a soft cloth after each use.
